The team came in and set up for us, after having to change venue last minute due to the weather and made my 9 year old and his friends super happy! sumo suits went down a treat for both adults and kids! 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone wanting quality bouncy castles and a profession and helpful team! If you want something doing right, come to these guys. From ordering through to delivery and pick up, they couldnt do more to help. The equipment was spotless and the kids (and adults) were entertained for hours. If you want a stress free easy experience that's a great price I would recommend the Bounce House Party. So after being let down by a previous bouncy castle hire after telling me I had to hire 2 bouncy castles instead of one a couple weeks before my childs birthday party, I came across the Bounce House Party's website and took a look. To my delight they had the Pirate Friendzy castle available for the needed date and it was so easy to book and pay for! Nick was so lovely as well as his family upon arrival to the party to set up. The castle was a lovely size, nice and clean and fit in the hall perfectly, all the children had a blast! I will definitely be using them again in the future, couldn't fault them at all!
